Eagle Point National Cemetery Gravesite Development
R.E.M. provided design and engineering of the cemetery expansion for the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration. The scope of work included new roads, storm drainage system, surface run-off control, burial section layout & site preparation for the approximately 6 acre development.
New North Roadway and Parking Lot Renovation
R.E.M. provided design/build services for the U.S. General Services Administration to create a new roadway between First St. and “A” St. at the north entrance of the U.S. Border Patrol Station in San Luis, AZ. The adjacent seized vehicle parking lot was redesigned and renovated and southbound First St. widened to provide a passenger vehicle lane and northbound First St. widened to accommodate a new commercial truck route.

Repair Transformer Substation 3B, Building 2106
For the Department of the Air Force, R.E.M. provided design and engineering services for preparation of a construction package to replace the existing 5MVA, overhead distribution Substation 3B, with a new 10MVA, below grade distribution substation at Edwards AFB.
Design/Build Services and Engineering Design for Parking Lots
R.E.M. provides complete services for parking lot construction, expansion, renovation, and resurfacing. Methodology options for complete replacement include recycling of existing asphalt concrete, and/or installation of new asphalt concrete. Options for repair and surfacing include asphalt slurry seal coating with power cleaning, spot priming, crack filling, and power edging. R.E.M. has completed the design or design/build of more than 200 acres of parking facilities for GSA, Edwards AFB, Army Corps of Engineers, Northrop Grumman, The Gas Company, Chevron and others.
